Celebrating our very first pressed clear sake, this Hatsushibori event marks the final transfer of our sake (pictured) out of their pressing bags and into our bottles.
This of course means that we all have to get drunk on it. $100 includes all-you-can-drink for our full range of sake, all-you-can-eat of our Japanese style BBQ that will be grilled on-site, and our brewers on hand to answer all and any questions you have on the sake brewing world.
